JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-03-2023 Mr. Devendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the identical case of employees working in Kasturba Gandhi Girls' School, this Court in CWJC No. 6490/2018 has directed the respondent-authority to give one time age relaxation to the peon/night guards/cook etc in the selection process through open advertisement conducted by the Respondents.

2. The Court also observed that the interview committee will consider the experience of candidates who have rendered their long services in Kasturba Gandhi School.

3. In the present case, the fact is that the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.6410 of 2015(9) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 was appointed as Peon-cum-Night Guard on 24.11.2007 in Government Girls' School, Karpi and his service was dispensed with in the year 2019. He has rendered almost 12 years of continuous service as night guard.

4. In view of the fact that the identical writ application being CWJC No. 6490/2018 has been disposed with certain direction/observation, accordingly, this writ application is also disposed exactly in terms of CWJC No. 6490/2018.
