40 litres of Mahua wine has been recovered and for that, the petitioner happens to be under custody since 9.1.2020 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, the petitioner, Kallu Paswan, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in Parsa Bazar P.S.Case No. 10/2020 corresponding to Special Case No. 364/2020.
