Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Manish Kumar who has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 19.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11490 of 2017 (Annexure-2). Petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.
