The petitioner seeks bail in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 261 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death and petitioner is married nanad (sister-in-law) of the deceased.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is living separately with her family in other village and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2020.

No.34188 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 However, learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition and submitted that allegation of demand of dowry and torture is also against this petitioner, which fact has been supported by many witnesses. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody and the fact that petitioner is lady, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 261 of 2020 to the satisfaction of the concerned court, where the case is pending.
