2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr.Appeal (SJ) No. 2870 of 2022, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 02.11.2023. By the said order, two weeks' peremptory time was allowed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter.
3. In view reasons assigned in the present petition, this restoration petition is allowed, subject to condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) in the office of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna.
4. Let Cr.Appeal (SJ) No. 2870 of 2022 be restored to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18018 of 2025(2) dt.14-08-2025 2/2 its original file and petitioner/appellant is directed to remove defect, as pointed out, within a period of three weeks from today.
