The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the DRT, Patna, if he is aggrieved by any action of the

2. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits or demerits of the case and leaving all issues open to be agitated by the parties and to be decided by the DRT.
