For the reasons stated in the application and affidavit and the fact that Anneuxre-14 reveals that deceased employee was provided show cause notice along with inquiring officer's report and his statement was taken note off before passing reversion order from the post of Secretary of the Corporation to that of Programme Officer retrospectively.

Patna High Court C. REV. No.26 of 2022 dt.09-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 16.12.2021 passed in CWJC No. 16403 of 2008 stands recalled. The said writ application stands restored.

Relist CWJC No. 16403 of 2008 immediately after Summer Vacation in the light of recalling the order passed in the writ petition.
