Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Banka PS Case No. 737 of 2017, registered under Section 376 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl herself wishfully eloped with the petitioner as reflected from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she wants to marry with the petitioner and the girl is adult, 24 years of age. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Amit @ Ashok Rajak is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Banka in connection with Banka.
