Learned counsel appearing for Nagar Parishad, Narkatiaganj referring to the supplementary counter affidavit at Annexure -"B" submits that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and he has been appointed on compassionate ground vide appointment letter dated 03.06.2022 bearing letter no. 883.
