JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
It is contended that as per allegation, four cartoons containing 76 bottles of 180 ml and 48 bottles of 375 ml of foreign liquor were recovered from the back side of electricity office and the petitioner is said to be apprehended on chase by the police who disclosed that the recovered foreign liquor belongs to one Satyendra Kumar. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 12.03.2017.

No.33181 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
