The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 324, 448, 379, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Vijay Kumar Singh made an attempt to outrage her modesty but, on alarm, many people came there and thereafter Vijay Kumar Singh fled away. When the informant went to complain, other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant. Petitioner Subodh Kumar Singh is alleged to have assaulted the informant with sickle. It is submitted that all other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that he caused injury to the informant. From perusal of the injury report it appears that the petitioner got three injuries on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13350 of 2016 (4) dt.24-06-2016 2/2 his arms and the injuries are lacerated wound and swelling. All the three injuries are opined to be simple in nature as it appears from the supplementary injury report at page 29.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 05/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
