Medicines relating to animals as well as foreign wine (Indian origin) in terms of seizure list were seized from a truck in the dead night of 2.6.2019 and as per disclosure made by the Chaukidar Mahendra Rai, he identified the persons who succeeded in their escape including the petitioner. From the case diary, it is evident that only to that extent the material has been repeated. The petitioner is under custody since 18.1.2020 having single case by way of criminal antecedent.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioner Sanjay Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
