The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 460, 341, 323, 307, 395,427, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1) (x)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

It is alleged that the accused persons entered into the house of the informant took away household articles and assaulted the informant and his family members. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15887 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 that in the background of civil nature of dispute the accusation has been levelled and the injury has been found simple in nature. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Muffasil Aurangabad P.S. Case No.30 of 2015, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
