No. 8704 of 2016 to the extent that in the last portion of order it should be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. The order dated 24.02.2016 stands modified to the extent that in last portion of order it should be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 281 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15538 of 2016 (2) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
