This is second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody only since 16.09.2017 in Rasulpur P.S. Case No.104 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 506, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on two counts; firstly on merit and secondly considering the fact that the petitioner was accused in other two cases also. Though the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected only on 17.11.2017, without expiry of even six months, the petitioner has again approached this Court for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22710 of 2018(2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 stands again rejected. However, it is observed that after completion of nine months of period of custody , the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Rakesh Kumar, J) nawalkrs/- U T
