Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife of the petitioner was first married with one Sudhir Rishideo and after breakup, she married with the petitioner in the year 2012. Allegation is that the petitioner and others committed murder of wife Jhunia Devi for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

Submission is that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased and no one has supported the allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same before the police. There is no eye witness of the murder.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9993 of 2018 (3) dt.02-04-2018 Investigation of the case is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barhara Police Station Case No.15 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
