The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/ 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 125 liters of illicit liquor from the hay stack room and the petitioner and other co-accused persons were apprehended while fleeing away. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in some other cases, but he is on bail in those cases, except one case. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.01.2019.

VIth Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2019.
