JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 436 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the inordinate and unexplained delay of five days caused in lodging the FIR, the petitioner, who is stated to be a man of clean antecedent, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No.
