====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-06-2015 Heard Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Saket Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P.

Eight petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Kachhawan P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Sri Singh, learned senior counsel, submits that ofcourse, there is some allegation of fight between the petitioner no. 5 and A.S.I., there is no specific allegation against rest of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19187 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 petitioners, save and except the allegation that after scuffle in between petitioner no. - 5 and A.S.I. had occurred, the other accused persons arrived there and started stone pelting on the Police.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in respect of petitioner no. - 5 namely Munna Singh @ Hari Shankar Singh @ Ravi Shankar Singh stands rejected.

Other petitioners i.e. petitioner no.- 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 namely, Santosh Kumar Singh, Ashok Kumar Singh @ Ashok Singh, Kameshwar Singh, Santosh Singh, Bitu Singh, Hare Ram Singh and Rana Pratap Singh @ Madan Singh are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of one month from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Basant Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class-cum-Additional Munsif -2, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Kachhawan P.S.
