JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 324 and 302 of the I.P.C.
Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners committed murder of the husband of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 23.5.2017 and have got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. General and omnibus allegation has been made. Specific allegation of assault is made against co-accused

On behalf of the State and learned counsel for the informant, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Patori P.S. case No.418 of 2016.
