The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 103c of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/342/498(a)/504/506/ 406 /34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. The parties have appeared in person and the girl is willing to go with the husband Suraj Kumar who is also present and states that he will take her today itself. Father of the girl is also present and submits that he will facilitate their going together and, if possible, will also

In view of the resolutionary approach by both the parties, the present application is disposed off. The order dated 08.03.2019 granting interim protection to the petitioner stands confirmed, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sikarahana at Dhaka in connection with Complaint Case No. 103c of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. It is, however, made clear that if at all, there is recurrence of any such act which would cause mental torture to the opposite party No. 2, it shall be open to her to move this Court for cancellation of the bail.
