KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 78/2017 and Sections 25(1B)a/26 of Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that recovery of one cartridge from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and has committed no offence and also has got clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2017.
