The petitioner is on provisional bail vide order dated 02.04.2019 in connection with the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is willing to keep his wife with all honour and dignity but she has been coercing the petitioner into transferring all his properties in her name which is quite unreasonable on her part. It is further submitted that the petitioner himself surrendered on 30.11.2018 and, thereafter, he was rotting in jail. It is further submitted that the petitioner will not indulge in any act which will prejudice the opposite party, his wife, in living happily married life if she returns to her matrimonial home.
