JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as the informant.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that that petitioner took Rs. 95,000/- from the informant with assurance to provide him a job in abroad and later on petitioner gave copy of Visa to informant and thereafter when informant went Delhi, he was caught by the police on Airport and was kept in hazat for 10 hours and then it was detected that the petitioner provided forged Visa to him.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21471 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 petitioner that there is nothing on record to show that the informant was detained at Delhi Airport.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
