The petitioner seeks bail in Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 332 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, looted jewellery has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Till date petitioner has not been put on test identification parade. Petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2021.

Learned APP however, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that looted jewellery has been

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that looted jewellery has been recovered from house of this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
