We dispose off the writ petition with a direction that in case, the petitioner makes a representation to the respondent no. 6 within two weeks from today, he shall take a decision thereon within two weeks thereafter. In case, it is found that any outstanding amount for payment is due, it shall be paid to the petitioner forthwith.
