The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 316 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner along with others was found involved in manufacturing of illicit liquor and seeing the police, they fled on boat. Petitioner has been identified by the local Chowkidar. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14798 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
