Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.340 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that a country made pistol without any cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Dhirendra Kumar @ Lullu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
