JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 410 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the several accused persons, including the petitioner is of assault to the informant and when his brother came to rescue him he was also brutally assaulted and later on he was taken to hospital and the doctor declared him brought dead.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation of assault has been attributed against the petitioner, who is a lady.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13939 of 2019(3) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 informant.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and on surrender she shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.Case No. 410 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
