The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.09.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.24010 of 2014 for modification of the condition which stipulates the petitioner to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date till disposal of the case.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners have got an offer at Mumbai, hence, it is difficult for them to appear on each and every date.
In view of the aforesaid, let the condition is modified to the extent that the learned court below will cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner on three consecutive defaults.
