Mr. Binod Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard Mr. Shiwesh Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 06.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80189 of 2019,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15757 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 whereby they were granted anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the order. The petitioners could not surrender within the aforesaid stipulated period.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners for modification of the order, referred to above, is allowed.

In case the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, they shall be accorded the privilege under the order dated 06.12.2019 but all the terms and conditions which have been imposed in the aforesaid order shall subsist.

The order dated 06.12.2019 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands allowed.
