JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.03.2016 on the charges that five pistols were recovered from his conscious possession and his prayer for bail was twice rejected giving liberty to him to renew his prayer for bail, if his trial is not concluded within six months. However, it is informed that the trial of the petitioner is still pending which is fortified from perusal of impugned order dated 18.01.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
