The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwan Ganj P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 384, 385, 395, 427, 504, 506 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that regarding damaging the ridge of pond constructed for fishing, information was given to the Bhagwan Ganj Police Station on 09.08.2018. On 15.08.2018, again petitioners along with 7 to 8 others started damaging the ridge of pond then informant went there and made protest then petitioners and others started to abuse making demand of Rs.2,00,000/- as ransom. At that time, when the informant tried to flee away then Rama Yadav

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13459 of 2019(5) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 (petitioner no. 1) snatched a bag keeping Rs.65,000/- and another snatched gold chain from her neck.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some dispute, the present case has been lodged by the informant on 15.08.2018 against the petitioners and others and now the dispute in between the informant and the petitioners has been settled and both parties filed a joint compromise petition in the court of Sri B.N. Tripathy, J.M. Ist Class, Massaurhi, Patna on 27.06.2019. Further submissions is that while the petitioners are accused in two other cases, but in both cases, they are on bail and both cases have been lodged by the same informant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Massaurhi, in connection with Bhagwan Ganj P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Bhardwaj/- (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) U T
