By the impugned order dated 05.02.2016 passed by Sub Judge I, Madhepura in Title Suit No.71 of 2004, the application filed by the petitioners to examine the disputed signature on the sale deed has been rejected on the ground that report of the expert has been received regarding the disputed L.T.I. on the disputed sale deed.

Perused the order passed by the Court below. According to the Court below, it is not necessary to obtain the report of the expert regarding the signature as the report has been received with regard to L.T.I.

In view of the finding of the Court below that it is not necessary, this Court is unable to interfere with the impugned

Patna High Court CWJC No.7145 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
