The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 11.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51681 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No.246 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No.IInd, Muzaffarpur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 11.11.2022 is modified to the extent as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19750 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
