2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Sonepur Rail (Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide orders dated 21.06.2024 and 17.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27675 of 2024 and 79831 of 2024 respectively.

4. The recovery is of 10.200 Kg of Ganja from the petitioner who is in jail since 14.07.2023. The trial is still pending.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra/ concerned Court in connection with Sonepur Rail (Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2023, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the blood relative of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed in the trial. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Biddupur/Bidupur Police Station, District-Vaishali on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
