The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Haspura P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner on the basis of the information given by her daughter, the victim that Golden Kumar and Ramesh Kumar (the petitioner) kidnapped her but when they saw the patrolling police they left the victim there and fled away. It is submitted that the victim in her statement under Section 164 did not disclose the name of the petitioner. From perusal of the statement recorded under Section 164, it appears that the victim disclosed Golden Kumar and. The

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
