Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner was remanded in this case on 02.02.2018 from some other case on the basis of his name coming in the confessional statement of co-accused. Thereafter, confessional statement of the petitioner was also recorded. Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on TI Parade. Investigation is closed.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27173 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Minapur Police Station Case No. 123 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
