JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 22-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with intention to kill him by means of Farsa, as a result, he sustained head injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He submits that injury no. 1 is found to be grievous in nature whereas injury nos. 2, 3 and 4 is found to be simple in nature. He further submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is
