2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 307, 427, 384, 120 B, 386 and 506 of IPC and 27 of Arms Act and section 3 / 4 of the Explosive substances Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , when informant Vedanand Singh along that with his brother were constructing boundary on his ancestral land, in the meantime , all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including this petitioner came there and made indiscriminate firing and exploded bombs as a result of which few people sustained injury . It is further alleged that before occurrence , few days ago this petitioner along with

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
