The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 38 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner has criminal antecedents which include the cases under the provisions of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14156 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
