This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2017 for offences under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of elopement and the girl is major. The girl did not appear for medical examination as it is reflected from her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
