The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 696 of 2020 registered under Sections 366A and 504 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner is named in the first information report. In the first information report, there is direct allegation against the petitioner of lifting away the daughter of the informant. Hence,

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
