Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Patahi P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The marriage is of the year 2018 and the deceased has been killed within few months of the marriage. There is direct allegation against the petitioner.

In such a recent marriage if the deceased died in her matrimonial home in suspicious condition, it is not a fit case for
