1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3) and 96 of the B.N.S.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that petitioner kidnapped her minor daughter on 23.10.2025 at 7.00 P.M.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that victim has come back and her statement was recorded under Section 183

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13953 of 2026(2) dt.31-03-2026 2/3 Cr.P.C. and she has not supported the case of the prosecution as would manifest from the order impugned rather has stated that she had gone to her aunt's place. It is also submitted that thereafter statement of the aunt of the victim was also recorded by the police wherein she has stated that victim never came to her place. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that under the pressure of the mother of the victim, the aunt gave a false statement before the police.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Ghosi P. S. Case No.554 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of

7. The application stands allowed.
