Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Mustakim, who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 41726 of 2017.
Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case
