The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. Further he submits that only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14829 of 2020(5) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S.
