Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Avinash Kumar @ Abhishek. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.12.2017. Co-accused Rajan Kumar, from whose possession recovery of stolen motorcycle was made, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3867 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10187 of 2018 (3) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhagwan Bazar Police Station Case No. 429 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
