The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 354(B), 447 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the informant due to which two persons injured on informant side.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that specific allegation of assault is against coaccused Munna Kumar, Abhishek Kumar and Devilal Prasad and no specific allegation of assault is against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, District-East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S.
