In paragraph-2 of the order dated 06.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 1978 of 2019, it has been recorded that in the Aam Sabha which was held on 14.06.2018, three candidates had appeared. There appears to be a mistake in recording the date of the Aam Sabha. In fact, the Aam Sabha was convened on 04.06.2018, when out of three candidates, only two had appeared. The Aam Sabha was again reconvened on 14.06.2018, when only one candidate i.e. the petitioner was available.

The order stands modified accordingly.

The order is further modified by extending the period for filing fresh representation before the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent no. 3) by a further period of two weeks.
